According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, deputies observed Walka running a red light on Wednesday night and attempted to pull him over. However, Walka reportedly refused to stop and instead sped away, leading authorities on a chase that reached speeds of 130 mph. The pursuit, which lasted for just over two miles, ended when Walka lost control of his vehicle and crashed. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Harris County Joint Processing Center on a charge of felony evading arrest in a motor vehicle. Walka sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the crash and was treated at a local hospital before being released and booked into jail.
